CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRANTS:
- Workshop cancellation may occur due to low enrollment or other
unforeseen circumstances. For such instances, MSSM liability is limited to
returning the workshop deposit. You will be contacted in such an event.
- Registrants withdrawing from a workshop more than 20 days in advance of
the start date will be entitled to a 100% refund less a $20.00
administration fee. The total workshop fee may also be applied to another
MSSM workshop within a three month period.
- Participant cancellations made less than 20 days prior to the start date
of any workshop, or negligence to attend, will not be entitled to a refund
or workshop credit. Emergencies will be taken into consideration with
written documentation.
